Carrie Fisher has been hospitalized after a flight she was on landed in Los Angeles, a law enforcement official told ABC News.
Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott added that at 12:11 p.m., rescuers responded to a call from LAX regarding a patient in cardiac arrest. LAFD personnel and paramedics were standing by for plane’s arrival and "provided advanced life support and aggressively treated and transported the patient to a local hospital."
No other information was available and her condition was not clear.
A rep for Fisher has not responded to requests for comment.
Fisher, 60, tweeted on Dec. 19 that she had been filming the series "Catastrophe" while in Europe. Her bio on the social media page indicates that she splits her time between London and Los Angeles.
