FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)--A Carrabelle woman is dead after a crash Tuesday morning.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say 36-year old Crystal Amanda Sand was headed east on U.S. 98 near Gulf Avenue in Franklin County. It happened shortly after 7 a.m.
Troopers say she went around a curve in a Ford Contour, ran off the road and hit a tree. She died at the scene.
