Job seekers were able to come and connect with local employers share their interest in the companies, gain advice and learn more about open jobs.
Organizers say free event is meant to give residents at chance to network with local employers and to put people in the best position to get hired.
After the meet and greet, CareerSource held a job fair with local companies with open positions to fill.
