TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A car was flipped upside down in front of FSU's Westcott Building after a student lost control of his vehicle.

A call came in at 2:12pm to the Florida State University Police Department, reporting an accident on Copeland Street, in front of the arches leading to the Westcott Building.

FSU PD says that the 22 year old student lost control of his car as a result of a medical condition he was experiencing while driving southbound on Copeland Street. Police say that he hit a brick siding in front the arches to the Westcott area, and as a result, his car flipped over.

According to the police, Lang was conscious and alert when he was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. FSU PD says that he is expected to be fine and that no other cars or people were struck by the car.
