TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Capital Regional Medical Center announced the hospital's Annual Women's Wellness Day event.
It will be held on July 11 this year at the Augustus B. Turnbull III Conference Center.
The free event will feature local vendors, a free healthy breakfast and lunch, and health screenings.
This year's keynote speaker is Zonya Foco, a nationally recognized dietitian and health fitness instructor.
