JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A man from Ontario, Canada has been arrested in Jackson county on several charges after deputies say he tried to lure a 9-year-old boy to his car.
Jackson County Sheriff's Office identified the man as 83-year-old, Arthur Williams.
Deputies say Williams was watching and following the child as he got on and off the school bus each day at his home in Cottondale.
Williams is facing the following charges loitering/prowling, entice/lure child under 12, trespass, aggravated stalking, and false information/law enforcement.
After an investigation, they are still looking into how Williams got the boy's address.
They believe it may have been given in an online chat or game thinking he was talking with another child.
