MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) - Midway City Council members voted to give a man building permits despite residents' concerns about noise.
Howard Flowers is moving his business, Tallahassee Truck and RV Service, to Midway.
The parcel of land he bought backs up to a residential neighborhood.
Flowers discussed ways he's willing to keep the noise down, including putting in a soundproof fence.
He says his goal in relocating to Midway is to create more jobs.
Flowers says Midway is a great location because of increase traffic off of Interstate 10.
