QUITMAN, Ga. (WTXL)--The Brooks County school board names its first black superintendent.
Owen Clemons has been an educator in Georgia since 1979. He's held several administrative positions including assistant superintendent.
Clemons will be sworn in Monday at the courthouse in Quitman.
