TALLAHASSEE, FL (#WTXLDigital) - A Tallahassee business is paying an online tribute to a stuffed toy that owners say was stolen from their restaurant.
Voodoo Dog made a passionate plea for the toys return on its Facebook page Friday morning. The toy in question is a stuffed Alf doll wearing a Hawaiian-shirt.
"If you see Hawaiian-shirt Alf, do the right thing and bring him back to where he belongs," said the post.
In the comments, Voodoo Dog said the toy was taken from its Gaines Street location but that there is a second Alf at the other restaurant.
One commenter was quick with a television show reference, saying, "I hope Alf eats the thief's cat!"
Others paid tribute with #BringAlfHome and this message, "He belongs back in the shop or back on Melmac... Any other place just will not do."
