TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Teenage members of the Boys and Girls Club have pledged to complete 600 collective community service hours for the summer at different organizations around the community.
Due to all the extra manpower, the organization is looking for other groups that may need help from 25-30 individuals.
So far, the teens have kept their pledge by assisting Second Harvest of the Big Bend. They have several other projects planned and are expecting to have more as the summer continues.
Volunteers are still welcome to join the initiative. For more information, visit www.bgcbb.org.
