VALDOSTA, GA. (WTXL) - The Valdosta Police Department was dispatched Monday to a Bomb Threat at Walmart located at 3274 Inner Perimeter Road.
The store manager said, they received the threat around 2:20p.m. and evacuated the store. Walmart requested K-9’s to search the interior of the store. According to Captain Karl Williams, the Valdosta Police Explosive Detective K-9 was called to the scene. The Moody Explosive Ordinance Disposal dogs were brought in to assist in the search of the large store.
After a search of the entire store no bomb was detected.
