Body found near Governor's Park Access Road, TPD investigating

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a train early Saturday morning.

TPD says on Saturday at 12:59 a.m. they responded to the area of Governor’s Park Access Road and Blairstone Road.

When officers arrived on scene they found the body of a pedestrian who had been hit by a train.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about this case to please call them at (850) 891-4200 or Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.

TPD is still investigating and we will provide more information when it becomes available.
