GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - You could start to see even more changes on Bluestar Highway in Gadsden County.
WTXL ABC's Jada Williams was live Tuesday with how Gadsden County Commissioners are working to improve it.
Gadsden County Commissioners gave the Florida Department of Transportation a letter asking for funding to help beautify Bluestar Highway.
That letter also asks FDOT to join in on a Joint Participation Agreement for that project.
The county is asking for mitigation funds to work on the Midway I-10 interchange.
Through that funding the state would foot the bill for construction and establishment while the county handles the cost of design fees, project administration and longterm upkeep.
