TALLAHASSEE FL, (WTXL)-- Two One Blood Banks were set up today in Tallahassee to accept donations to be transported to Orlando to help reach the victims of the Mass shooting in Orlando.

According to officials, so many people came out to show their support and donate that they met the quota needed and had to turn people away.

Another blood drive who hit it's quota, "Go 2 Church," which is usually slow during the summer months had a massive turnout leaving people with more than an hour wait to donate.

One Blood is asking for doners to continue to donate blood over the next few days to help replenish the blood supply. Blood banks are looking to collect O negative which can be distributed to anyone in need.

If you are looking to donate you can go to Oneblood.org to make an appointment.

People who gathered at the blood banks said they were just happy to be at the right place at the right time.
