TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Blair Stone Road will be closed to through traffic between Paul Russell Road and Capital Circle on Monday and Tuesday if weather permits, city officials said.
The closure will start at 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 26, and last through 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, according to a City of Tallahassee news release.
A private contractor will be completing infrastructure enhancements that will serve a new housing development in the area.
Detours will be clearly marked, which includes directing northbound traffic on Capital Circle to Tram Road and southbound traffic on Capital Circle to Orange Avenue.
Access to the businesses near the corner of Blair Stone Road and Capital Circle will be maintained at all times.
