LEON COUNTY, FL -- The Leon County Commission has a new chairman, Commissioner Bill Proctor.
Proctor was elected as chairman at a meeting on Tuesday.
He served as chairman of the board back in 2006, and his been a commissioner for almost 20 years.
Commissioner John Dailey was voted as vice chairman at that meeting.
