TALLAHASSEE, Fla.--The public's help is needed to solve a homicide case.

On September 5, 2005, the body of Pamela Kinney was found discarded in the Box R. Ranch Wildlife Management area in Franklin County. Kinney was the victim of a homicide, and her body had been moved from the original crime scene. Kinney was last seen alive on August 14th, 2005 in the area of St. George Island.

Big Bend Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case, and additionally the Franklin County Sheriff's Office is offering a reward of $10,000.
