TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The public's help is needed in solving suspected homicide.
On September 5, 2005 the body of Pamela Kinney was found discarded in the Box R. Ranch Wildlife Management Area in Franklin County. Kinney was the victim of a homicide and her body had been moved from the original crime scene. Kinney was last seen alive on August 14, 2005 in the area of St. George Island.
Big Bend Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case. Additionally the Franklin County Sheriff's Office is offering a reward of $10,000.
