Big Bend Environmental Forum held at FSU

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Candidates running for office in Tallahassee and Leon County are continuing to discuss the changes they would make if elected.

The Big Bend Environmental Forum was held Thursday on FSU's campus. Cameras were not allowed inside.

Candidates were asked how they plan to promote green energy and the importance of showcasing the beauty of the Capital City.

Vendors and members from various eco-related organizations were in attendance to directly speak with candidates about why their cause is important.

The primary elections will be on August 28. Early voting begins on Saturday, August 18.
