BAINBRIDGE, GA (WTXL) - The City of Bainbridge is warning residents of possible flooding this week.
Officials say the flooding is expected to begin Monday afternoon near the Earle May Boat Basin.
The water is not expected to enter homes but officials say flooding is expected over the low point of Rivervale Road and residents should prepare.
Anyone living along the Flint river is being asked by the city to monitor forecasts and to be prepared to protect their property if necessary.
The City of Bainbridge Campground, located neat the Earle May Boat Basin, will also close Monday evening.
