BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - Bainbridge Public Safety needs help identifying suspects inside a vehicle who dropped off two puppies at Bainbridge Humane Society.
BPS says the pictures were taken at the Bainbridge Humane Society on May 23 around 12:51 a.m. and the suspects involved with the vehicle dropped two puppies off at the shelter.
Officers are looking for the identities of the suspects for questions about the manner and condition in which the puppies were dropped off.
