BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - Bainbridge Public Safety officers have identified the suspect wanted in connection with multiple hit-and-runs on Saturday.

They said that they are looking for Antonio Jerrold Williams in connection to the incidents.

He is described as a black male, 35 years of age, around 6'-2" tall, weighing 170lb.

According to a post on the Bainbridge Public Safety Facebook page, the first hit-and-run happened around 11 p.m. on Bruton Street, followed less than 10 minutes later by an incident on Potter Street.

In the first incident, the victim called after he was hit while riding a bike. He sustained minor injuries (cuts and scrapes) and was sent to Bainbridge Memorial Hospital.

In the second incident, just 8 minutes after the first, the victim was hit while walking on sidewalk. The victim was thrown onto the hood of the car upon impact, then was thrown into a ditch.

BPS said that victim was sent to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for treatment of a broken neck where he will likely have surgery.

They said that the car involved in the incidents was recovered.

They said that Williams is not the owner of the car, but it is his girlfriend's car. His girlfriend told BPS that Williams had told her that he had gotten a flat tire and gave her the address where she could find the car.

When she got there, she found that the car was destroyed and called the police.

If you see a car matching that description with these damages or know where Williams can be found, they have asked that you call 911 or Bainbridge Public Safety at (229) 248-2038.
