BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - The Bainbrdge Public Safety Office has made several drug arrests in multiple traffic stops on Sunday, August 6, Monday, August 7 and on Wednesday, August 9.
On Sunday, around 2 a.m., officers pulled over a driver, who was driving erratically. The driver was identified as Gregory Jackson, 49, a passenger, Yolanda Baulkman, 38, and two children were in the car as well.
Officers says Jackson had he been drinking and after his car was searched. They found two baggie that contained white substances, believed to be cocaine.
Both Jackson and Baulkman were arrested.
Jackson was charged with Possession of Cocaine (Felony), and Failure to Maintain Lane.
Baulkman was charged with Possession of Cocaine (Felony).
On Monday, around 2:30 a.m., officers saw another driver driving erratically. The driver was identified as Timothy Adams, 37, and passenger as Susan Garner, 37.
Officers pulled Adams over, smelled alcohol and suspected he was driving under the influence. The officers used a K-9 to conduct an open-air search and it revealed the presence of drugs.
Methamphetamine were found in the car.
Both Garner and Adams were arrested. Adams was charged with charged with Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Open Container.
Garner was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute (Felony), and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
On the morning of Wednesday, Anthony Rogers was stopped by police. While speaking with Rogers, he began acting nervous and it was determined that Rogers was not the owner of the car he was driving.
It was also revealed that Rogers was in possession of methamphetamine.
Rogers was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony).
