THOMAS COUNTY, GA (WTXL) - Thomas County Central High School seniors are turning their tassels this weekend, and while all eyes are on the graduates, officials will be on the lookout for those in the audience.
Thomas County School officials are warning attendees of this weekend's graduation to be on their best behavior.
Thomas County Central High School says anyone who is disruptive will be escorted out of the ceremony by Thomas County Deputies.
If behavior gets too out of hand, they could be arrested. This includes people who bring air horns or cowbells.
The principal, Trista Jones, says they want to honor the graduates peacefully: "We just feel like it's a very solemn ceremony and that we want it to have the reverence it deserves. Every kids needs to have their name called and heard and to be respectful of all kids."
Officials say there will be plenty of parking on and around campus.
If you can't make it, the ceremony will be streamed on the school's website.
