JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Jackson County's Backpack for Kids program is asking people who may have bought too many non-perishable food items in preparing for Hurricane Irma to donate them to children in need as they gear up for their fall food drive.
The group's mission statement is "Helping children in need, by feeding 1 child at a time." More information about the group is available on Facebook.
