A children's toy company is pulling rattles off the shelves because of a possible choking hazard.

The Kids II Oball Rattle Model 81031 sold after Jan. 1, 2016, is being recalled because the beads can come out, posing a possible choking hazard for small children.

The ball-shaped rattles have three clear plastic disc-shaped bead chambers, one of which has five orange beads in it. The affected rattles have date codes T0486, T1456, T2316, T2856 and T3065 printed on a small triangle on the inner surface of the rattle.

Anyone with the rattle should take it away from their children and fillout a registration form on the company's website to get a refund.
