LEON COUNTY, FL. (WTXL) - The Leon County Application Committee met Wednesday for its application review meeting.
The committee met to discuss approval of the Final Design Plan for AutoZone Store #6355. The store is set be constructed at the intersection of North Monroe Street and McKee Road.
This application proposes development of a 7,381 square foot AutoZone auto part store. The overall site area is approximately 5.51 acres.
The project will be reviewed as a Type "A" site and development plan that will be reviewed through the Final Design Plan Approval (FDPA) Track.
