TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Though an autopsy has been completed on the body found on Westview Lane near Aenon Church Road, deputies say it may now take even longer to make a positive identification.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office said that while the autopsy has been completed, the results are inconclusive due to the condition of the body.
The badly decomposed body was discovered the afternoon of April 19 on 5600 Westview Lane near Aenon Church Road in Tallahassee.
Deputies said they would likely take additional steps like a DNA or dental record evaluation to help lead them closer to an identification.
However, actually taking those additional steps could mean it will take even longer to reveal an identity.
