SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) — Authorities say autopsy results have confirmed that a man found dead in a pond had drowned.
The Savannah Morning News reports (http://bit.ly/1G9NaCH ) that 47-year-old Jesse Kicklighter's body was found below the water's surface on March 8.
The Savannah-Chatham police department's dive team recovered the body.
Police have said that Kicklighter had been flying a model airplane in the area and had not returned. A friend searching for him found his truck and then found the body.
