TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Multiple agencies are investigating after a body was found near Fred George Park in Tallahassee.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office is on scene. They say that the body was found near a wooded area.
The body has not yet been identified, though they say the body appears to be a white male.
They say the body was found by a person who was casually walking through the park. At this point, its being treated as a death investigation and it's too soon to tell is foul play is involved.
Fred George Park is located on the corner of Fred George Road and Capital Circle NW.
