TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida State University Police Department says a suspect wanted for sexual battery has been arrested.

They say that Andrew Schluck, 40, was arrested.

Police say that Schluck has no FSU affiliation.


Florida State University Police Department has received a report of a sexual battery incident that happened in a residence hall on the east side of FSU's campus on Thursday, August 31.

The victim reported to FSUPD that she was walking home with a friends in the area of Magnolia Dr. near Landis Green when a man began to follow them and attempt to make conversation.

When the two students reached the residence hall, the man followed them in and they told him to leave. The victim then went to her room and went to sleep.

The victim reported that at some point, at around 3:30 a.m., she awoke to the male sexually battering her. A short time later the male left the room.
