ATLANTA, Ga. (WTXL) - Attorney General Sam Olens announced today that Georgia has joined with several other states and the federal government to settle allegations that Shire Pharmaceuticals engaged in off-label marketing campaigns.

The drug company will pay the states and federal government $56.5 million to resolve allegations that the company unlawfully marketed Adderall, Vyvanse, Daytrona, Lialda, and Pentasa.
