TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- According to Attorney John Leace, a sitting judge has agreed that there is not enough evidence to show that Adam Frasch "committed any wrongdoing" in the death of his wife.
Leace claims that someone at the State Attorney's office showed the unnamed judge the result of an 8-month-long investigation into the death of Samira Frasch. In an interview, Leace said that after seeing the results of the investigation, the judge agreed that there was not enough evidence.
According to Frasch's attorney, that is not stopping the state attorney's office from taking the case before a grand jury tomorrow.
