LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Gwinnett County police say five people have been arrested in connection with the theft of WWII memorabilia that was taken during a burglary.

Authorities said in a statement Wednesday that four juvenile suspects and 18-year-old Demarquis Williams have been arrested in the burglary.

Police have said several items including ribbons, pins and more WWII mementos that belonged to a man's grandfather were stolen in late-March burglary.

The memorabilia was found inside a small leather pouch that was in a stolen car police found in Norcross. Investigators have said the items have been returned to the victim.

Police say Williams is charged with burglary, theft, credit card theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A message left for his attorney was not immediately returned.
