MADISON COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - Madison deputies said they have arrested 3 after they searched their home and found weed, LSD, and other drugs.
Following an ongoing drug investigation, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force searched the home of Ryan Moore, James Stephens, and Ashley Brown on Friday. The residence was located at 350 Northeast Horry Ave.
Deputies said that when they completed the search, they had found meth, weed, acid, prescription pills, along with tools and chemicals used to make meth.
All three were arrested charged with various offenses related to the drugs and drug equipment. The full list of charges are listed below:
Ryan Gerold Moore (DOB: 02/02/1983)
1. Possession of Methamphetamine
2. Possession of listed Chemicals / Manufacture Methamphetamine
3. Possession of Drug Equipment / Paraphernalia
James Randy Stephens (DOB: 11/09/1988)
1. Possession of a Controlled Substance – LSD (ACID)
2. Possession with Intent / Sell Marijuana within1000 feet of a Church
3. Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription
4. Possession of Drug Equipment / Paraphernalia
5. Warrant – Possession with Intent / Sell within Marijuana 1000 feet of a Church
6. Warrant - Sale Marijuana within 1000 feet of a Church
Ashley Morgan Brown (DOB: 04/09/1997)
1. Possession of a Controlled Substance – LSD (ACID)
