2 Arrested After Deputies Search Marianna Home and Find Meth

JACKSON COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - Deputies arrested two people after they searched a Marianna home and found meth, weed, scales, and drug paraphernalia. 

Jackson County Sherriff's Office Drug Task Force was investigating into illegal distribution of narcotics at a house off Evergreen Road in Marianna. They said that they received various complaints and tips leading them to believe the suspect, 54-year-old Kevin Green was regularly selling meth at the house. 

As a result of the search, deputies found meth, scales, paraphernalia, and a small amount of weed.

Green was arrested and charged with possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

41-Year-Old Amy Godfrey was also arrested and was charged with possession of marijuana.
