TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man is arrested for a hit and run that killed 49-year-old Joey Kilgore last week.
Deputies say Darrell Wilford was behind the wheel when he hit Kilgore on April 22 just before 2:40 a.m. They say Kilgore was trying to cross the street near the 3800 block of West Tennessee Street in front of the Murphy Gas Station.
Wilford is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and driving while license revoked causing death.
The Sheriff's office says they were about to identify the 24 year old through surveillance videos and witness statements.
