APALACHICOLA, FL (WTXL) - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has announced an arrest in the death of an Apalachicola man.
Jeremy Russell Nowling was arrested shortly before noon Tuesday morning and charged with manslaughter for the death of Christopher Thompson according to the Sheriff's Office.
Christopher Thompson passed away May 31, after a "physical altercation" on May 30, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say Nowling was taken to the Franklin County Jail and is being held without bond.
At this time, the Sheriff's Office will not release any further details.
