BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - An anonymous tip about drug dealers lead Bainbridge officers to bust two men with nearly $7,000 in cash and a large amount of drugs suspected to be Molly and esctasy.

Bainbridge Public Safety says that the tip came in to headquarters about a location on Japonica Drive where residents were dealing drugs.

On Monday, investigators forced entry into the home and found John Anthony Clemons. When searched, they found four bags of what they believe to be Molly, a plastic bag containing over 100 pills of suspected ecstasy, and more than $300 in cash on his person.

Investigators then searched a bedroom belonging to another resident in the home, Ramu Hawkins.

Hidden inside a pillow, investigators found more than 700 pills of suspected ecstasy, over 50 grams of suspected Molly, over 80 pills of Alprazolam (Zanex), and over 2 ounces of high-grade marijuana.

Continuing the search, BPS says they found 19 more bags of Molly, a bag of ecstasy pills, a box with a small amount of marijuana, a small bag containing 2 Alprazolam (Zanex) pills, and an envelope addressed to Hawkins which contained six bundles of cash totaling $6,710.00. Drug paraphernalia, including digital scales and empty baggies, were also found.

Officers went to Hawkins' workplace where he was searched and arrested. They found almost $300 in cash on his person.

Clemons and Hawkins were charged with possession, sale, manufacture, or distribution of a marijuana (felony) and two counts of possession of a controlled I or II substance with intent to distribute (felony).
