TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Democrats say three provisions in GOP tax bill violate senate rules and will be removed, forcing the house to revote Wednesday.
Speaker of the house Paul Ryan promises the GOP tax reform bill will cut taxes for the middle class and promote economic growth.
The bill cut the corporate tax rate from 35 to 21 percent and for top earners, the rate is lowered from more than 39 percent to 37 percent.
