Allstate’s Mobile Claim Center assist residents in Marianna

MARIANNA, Fla. (WTXL) - Allstate will be in Marianna on Monday to help customers process claims and recover after hurricane Michael.

Allstate deployed a Mobile Claim Center (MCC) to help expedite the claims process. The MCC will be in the Insurance Village Monday, October 22 and Tuesday, October 23.

“We realize this is an incredibly difficult time and our hope is that bringing in our Catastrophe Teams and Mobile Claim Centers to the area will make it easier for people to start rebuilding their lives following this event,” said Carla Signoret from the Corporate Relations team. “This is why Allstate invests in new technology; our goal is to have the best tools to support and protect our customers.”

Residents should bring as much documentation as they can: 

  • A driver’s license or other form of identification (passport/state issued ID)
  • Insurance cards and insurance policy information/documentation
  • Pictures or documentation of the property being claimed as a loss resulting from Hurricane Michael.
