(WTXL) - The unanimous all-American running back Dalvin Cook is still waiting to be drafted into the NFL Friday.
Some draft experts had Cook going as high as 14th to the Eagles... Nope.
The 2017 NFL draft kicked off Thursday night. Several Florida State Seminoles were looking to hear their name called and Dalvin Cook ended up not being one of them.
Most everyone had him reuniting with Jameis Winston at Tampa Bay. Nope. The Bucs took Alabama's O.J. Howard. Cook is still in the green room with five picks left, round two on Friday.
Other names to look out for?
Defensive end Demarcus Walker is likely to go Friday as well as Big Rod Johnson.
Experts expect Cook to be picked up early Friday.
