MEIGS, Ga. (WTXL) - Authorities are opening up a death investigation after a body was found in Meigs.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said that they were contacted around 12:40 p.m. to assist with the finding.
They said that the body was found in the 3000 block of East Crawford Street.
GBI has not released any more information at this time.
