TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Sheriff's Office will not be shown up by the Gainesville Police Department.
The Sheriff's Office posted pictures of their deputies on Thursday, including their "45 and fine" crew:
The post seems to be in response to the Gainesville Police Department's post featuring hunky officers that went viral.
"Seems like Tallahassee and Gainesville are always in competition, so far be it from us to not get in on the action!" deputies wrote on Facebook.
The post is already gaining a lot of attention with over 400 shares and over 1,000 reactions on Facebook.
The comments have already started to roll in, some more thirsty than others:
- "Please let us know when there is a free frisking event."
- "G'ville still has ya beat - sorry guys"
- "Facebook seriously needs a drool button"
- "Seriously, make a calendar! Proceeds can go to the food bank or the animal shelter! XOXO"
- "my what large guns you have"
- "I was wondering when Tallahassee was going to step up. Looking good Leon County Sheriff's Officers."
- "lord Jesus those arms."
- "I think I just shoplifted a donut. Handcuffs, please?"
- "I'm thinking I need to commit a horrific crime and pray one of the two on the left come get me......both could come actually!"
- "Dear lord not Tallahassee. Now im really gonna have to get myself ready and go out and break the law... you gonna bail me out?"
So who did it better? Gaineville or Tallahassee?
