ADEL, Ga. (WTXL) - Adel police have captured a murder suspect on the run for months from Elkhart, Indiana.
Police arrested Angelica Castillo on Tuesday on a warrant charging her with the murder of her husband, Elder Castillo Sr.
While on patrol near the Walmart in Adel, officers were alerted by their tag reader that the vehicle's owner was "wanted."
Police stopped Castillo, who gave police the false name of "Lucy Baker," but under that name, she was wanted for forgery charges in Tift County.
She was initially arrested on those charges until police searched her vehicle and scanned her fingerprints revealing her true identity.
