TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Adam Frasch will no longer be facing the death penalty if he is found guilty for the murder of his wife according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
The Thomasville podiatrist was in court this morning and signed an agreement to drop the death penalty in exchange for being tried before a jury of six, instead of twelve people.
Frasch is accused of murdering his estranged wife Samira who was found dead in her home's pool in February of 2014.
The trial was set to begin next month but has been postponed after defense attorneys asked the judge for a continuance.
