TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee teacher and her two daughters killed an early morning fire were laid to rest on Saturday.
Family and friends gathered at the West Florida Enrichment Center to say goodbye to Rajames Scott and her two daughters, Anisha and Aniyah. Loved ones say they remember the Scott family for their infectious smiles and energy.
Rajames Scott was a second grade teacher at Sabal Palm Elementary School where her two daughters attended. The three died last Friday after a fire broke out in the kitchen of their home on Byington Place. According to the Fire Marshal there was no evidence of smoke detectors in the home.
