LIVE OAK, FL (WTXL) - One person is in serious condition after a semi and a car collide.
According to Suwannee County Fire Rescue, that crash happened early Saturday morning on I-10 near mile marker 272.
When officials arrived, they say a both vehicles were overturned with the drivers stuck inside. It took first responders over an hour to get both drivers out.
Officials say the driver of the semi was taken to UF Health in Gainesville with serious injuries. The person inside the car was taken to Shands of Live Oak with non-life threating injuries.
At this time, they have not released the identities of those involved.
Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
