TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Domestic violence has been in the public eye the last few weeks and the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council (DVCC) is helping to bring even more awareness to domestic violence through three marches taking place in the Tallahassee area.

The March to End the Silence on Domestic Violence begins at three different locations, Florida A&M University, Florida State University, and the Capital Steps; all ending at the Augustus B. Turnbull III Florida State Conference Center on Pensacola Street on Wednesday, September 24.
There will be a free dinner and a survivor of domestic violence will be speaking at the center after the march. You can learn more about the march by calling 850-222-3845 or by visiting the DVCC Tally Facebook page.
