TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- The Lodge at Wakulla Springs offers amazing views and history, with a great menu to boot!

Chef Reshard Plummer joined us on WTXL for another What's to Eat.

The menu at the Lodge is all about Southern classics and comfort. There's also seasonal farm-to-table creations.

He showed us what goes in to making a tequila shrimp ceviche.

You'll need:

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Juice of 2 lemons

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

1 Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded & finely dices

1 ½ cup diced seeded tomato

1 oz Tequila

¼ Teaspoon of Kosher Salt

Pinch of Course Ground Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon of Chopped Cilantro

Serve with club crackers or lettuce cups

The Lodge at Wakulla Springs is located at 550 Wakulla Park Drive. Fine dining is offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is opening from 7:30 a.m. until 9 p.m., 365 days a year.
